Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics to meet 2026 roadmap goals.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and transformers to achieve zero-latency inference in edge environments.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible user experiences.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed algorithms adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias-reduction standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with significant industry experience may be considered.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Quantum Computing interfaces.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
