Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable artificial intelligence architectures specifically tailored for the emerging technological landscape of 2026, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for our AI initiatives, aligning them with business goals and industry evolution.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from research and training to deployment and real-time optimization to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Radiance Fields, Agentic Workflows) and integrating them into our core products.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks. Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think long-term and anticipate the technical needs of a business 3-5 years into the future.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under pressure.
