Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and review processes to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- R&D Initiatives: Explore emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve for the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems with creative and efficient solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
