Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines optimized for high-throughput environments.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on predictive analytics and autonomous systems, specifically aligned with 2026 technological trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision and long-term goals for AI integration across the company.
- Optimization & Scalability: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, high-stakes technical problems.
