Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade applications in a 2026 environment.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring our technology stack aligns with our vision for the future.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core products seamlessly.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all models.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Deep interest in emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
