Our mission is to build the world's first Quantum-Native AI Infrastructure, transcending traditional silicon limitations to harness the power of neuromorphic processing and hybrid quantum cloud environments.
In this role, you will define the architectural standards for next-generation machine learning models that operate at the intersection of classical and quantum computing. You will work directly with R&D leads to prototype solutions that solve previously unsolvable optimization problems in logistics, healthcare, and finance.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, quantum-ready AI architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead the migration of legacy machine learning models to 2026-compatible neuro-quantum frameworks.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for post-silicon computing paradigms.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, interpretability, and bias mitigation in high-dimensional data spaces.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and quantum engineers.
- Drive technical strategy for AI infrastructure reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in quantum computing or neuromorphic hardware.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch with quantum extensions (Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane).
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and algorithmic complexity.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure R&D environments.
