Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures for high-frequency trading and autonomous decision systems.
- Optimize existing deep learning models for reduced latency and increased throughput on heterogeneous hardware.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in machine learning engineering.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI training pipelines.
- Research and prototype novel neural network topologies inspired by biological systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in designing systems at massive scale (Petabyte-scale data handling).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
