Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 ecosystem, focusing on high-throughput inference and low-latency training.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation generative models, including fine-tuning and RLHF processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready software.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators to optimize model performance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Mentor a team of high-performing software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a strong understanding of model optimization techniques.
- Extensive experience building and deploying LLMs, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.
