Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem, focusing on efficiency and latency reduction.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art foundation models (e.g., LLaMA, GPT variants) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Production Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI models into production environments using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and MLOps pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in AI research into our existing product lines.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy, inference speed, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and engineering problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
