Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring zero-latency decision-making.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers to deploy state-of-the-art transformer models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical quantum computing concepts and practical software deployment.
- Optimize neural network inference for edge computing environments, ensuring high performance on resource-constrained hardware.
- Establish best practices for model interpretability, ethical AI governance, and data security.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, generative AI, and synthetic data.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in statistics, probability, and optimization algorithms.
