Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the end-to-end technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Model Development: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing systems for high-scale inference and training efficiency, reducing latency and resource consumption.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including quantum computing integration and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
