Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for autonomous systems and generative AI models.
- Lead the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our stack.
- Define best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI technologies is highly desirable.
