Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable neural network architectures for high-performance generative AI systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise-grade products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global regulatory standards for autonomous systems.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architectural planning sessions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
