Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for large-scale deployment.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps.
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps for 2026.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
