Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement core AI infrastructures specifically tailored for the requirements of 2026 and beyond, including advanced LLM orchestration and autonomous agents.
- System Scalability: Lead the engineering strategy to ensure our AI models can handle millions of concurrent interactions with zero latency.
- Model Optimization: Work closely with data scientists to fine-tune and optimize neural networks for edge computing environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI research, identifying emerging trends in AGI and integrating them into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security teams to ensure AI solutions are robust, compliant, and user-centric.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on advanced AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience building systems for the future, including experience with Neural Architecture Search (NAS) or Reinforcement Learning for decision-making systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
