Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Lead research into emerging AI methodologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance of AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices for AI ethics and compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
