Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying large-scale models (LLMs, Transformers) with 7+ years of professional experience.
- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Python, C++, and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about long-term trends and technical debt in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executive leadership.
