Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to elevate team standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and vector databases.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
