Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and infrastructure.
- Lead a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
