Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of unstructured data.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to optimize Transformer models for edge computing environments, ensuring low-latency inference in 2026 standards.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise software solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry shifts in AI regulation and ethics, implementing responsible AI frameworks from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing research or shipping complex ML products to market.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and adapt to rapidly evolving technology stacks.
