Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling the complexity of future computational demands.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Neural Networks, NLP, and Quantum Machine Learning algorithms.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, high-performance production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI systems remain fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the 2026 technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts or experience in scaling models to edge devices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, undefined problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
