Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance neural network infrastructures designed for the 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead the technical design of our proprietary AI models, ensuring they meet rigorous accuracy and latency standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on next-gen AI methodologies and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
