Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling the computational demands of 2026 workloads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Translate business goals into technical strategies that align with the company's 2026 vision.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency using edge computing and cloud-native technologies.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database management.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
