Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms focused on efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, code quality, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision and culture of the organization.
- Conduct thorough performance analysis and optimization of existing models to reduce latency and cost.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and Deep Learning to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with neural architecture search and reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
