- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency to ensure sustainable AI operations.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust frameworks for bias detection, data privacy, and responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) is required.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
