Responsibilities
- Design and Deploy: Architect scalable machine learning infrastructure and deploy high-performance AI models to production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Lead the technical strategy for the '2026 Vision' initiative, focusing on generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference, latency, and resource utilization for edge and cloud deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging technologies into our core product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with NLP and Computer Vision is essential.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
