Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures aimed at achieving 2026-era performance benchmarks.
- Lead the research and integration of Agentic AI workflows and advanced Large Language Models into production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference speed and resource utilization to ensure seamless user experiences in high-demand environments.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training, monitoring, and deployment of AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Extensive experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering strategies.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL processes and data governance.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering projects under strict deadlines.
