Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define the 2026 product vision and technical feasibility.
- Optimize model inference performance, reduce latency, and ensure high system availability.
- Establish MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance frameworks for AI models.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in advanced architecture patterns.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
