Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Optimize large-scale machine learning models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI deployment and compliance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and data governance.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate emerging technologies that will define the landscape in 2026.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
