As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning models and scalable production infrastructure. You will define the technical roadmap for our 2026 platform, ensuring our solutions are not only cutting-edge but also robust and secure.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Quantum Computing concepts into classical AI workflows by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce computational costs through aggressive optimization techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Prioritize security protocols in the design of autonomous agent systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
