Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data to support autonomous systems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning for 2026 market readiness.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in edge computing environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leads to define the technical roadmap for the next 3-5 years.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively about solving unsolved problems in AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
