Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimization Strategy: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference latency, memory usage, and training efficiency using cutting-edge hardware (GPUs/TPUs).
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into novel neural network structures and reinforcement learning paradigms to push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into complex enterprise ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and API interoperability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed computing, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or open-source contributions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
