The Role
You will be the technical steward of our AI ecosystem. You will design the architecture that powers our predictive models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and ready for the exponential growth of 2026. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, working closely with data scientists and backend engineers to deliver world-class solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Lead the architectural strategy for large-scale machine learning models, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for AI projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and Quantum Computing to guide our R&D roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
