Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems to achieve enterprise-level performance and cost efficiency.
- Design secure, fault-tolerant data pipelines ensuring compliance with evolving global AI regulations and standards.
- Lead technical strategy for integrating pre-quantum algorithms into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Establish and enforce architectural best practices, code reviews, and MLOps methodologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Autonomous Agents.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with designing secure APIs and handling sensitive data with privacy in mind.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
