Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical strategy for Generative AI and Machine Learning models, specifically targeting 2026 benchmarks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists in researching emerging paradigms such as Autonomous Agents and Neuro-symbolic AI.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference times and reduce energy consumption in cloud-native environments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce rigorous AI governance frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU computing frameworks (CUDA, RAPIDS).
- 2026 Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Fine-tuning strategies, and Vector Database architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
