Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI platforms targeted for the 2026 market.
- Define and enforce best practices for data engineering, MLOps, and model deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native microservices architecture.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and performance optimization for large-scale neural networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
- Proven experience managing large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
