Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will define the next era of the industry.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to prototype novel algorithms, focusing on efficiency, explainability, and ethical AI standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in senior AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
