Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to the 2026 product launch.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers in researching emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI practices across all development projects.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, and AI research.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-first environment.
