Responsibilities

- R&D Exploration: Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms, including quantum computing interfaces and neural-symbolic AI.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to rigorous security standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues and propose innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
