Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and architecture for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead the end-to-end development of large-scale machine learning models and autonomous agent systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-gen, quantum-compatible frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through major technical transformations.
- Familiarity with emerging 2026-era protocols, including Edge AI, Federated Learning, and neuromorphic computing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
