- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation across the organization.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and large-scale system architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
