Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI architectural strategy, focusing on LLM integration and predictive analytics.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines that handle petabytes of data with real-time processing requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Engineering) to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the lifecycle of models from prototyping to production deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
