Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems that support our 2026 strategic goals.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Technical Pioneering: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience with NLP, LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), and MLOps workflows.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
