In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production, leading a team of elite engineers in building the next generation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) tools.
We are looking for a thought leader who not only understands current AI paradigms but can also anticipate the shifts that will define the 2026 landscape. You will have the autonomy to experiment with novel architectures and the responsibility to ensure they are robust, secure, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling billions of parameters, focusing on efficiency and throughput.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and drive the technical strategy for our 2026 product deliverables, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning agents.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and cost.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and model integrity in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
