Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference at global scale.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research into cutting-edge deep learning models, including Transformers, GNNs, and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive the optimization of model inference latency and resource efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and setting technical standards for the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, ethicists, and security experts to translate complex research into production-ready applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proficiency with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
