In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our solutions are scalable, ethical, and ready for the future.
As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will guide the development of our core machine learning infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in the AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models that handle high-volume data processing in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and engineersâto translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, integrating CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to determine their applicability for our long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics and bias mitigation into our model development lifecycle.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
