Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for enterprise-scale applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product infrastructure.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy using advanced distributed computing techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototype new neural architectures to solve complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and version control (Git).
