Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust AI architectures capable of scaling to enterprise-grade demands in 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development in next-gen algorithms, specifically focusing on Quantum-Ready Machine Learning models.
- System Optimization: Improve latency, throughput, and accuracy of existing neural networks to meet strict real-time processing requirements.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data within AI models and training pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred for R&D focus).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with distributed systems, high-performance computing (HPC), and future-tech stack concepts.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, complex technical problems in fast-paced environments.
