Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for large-scale machine learning systems, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and performance.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps for the 2026 product cycle, ensuring milestones are met with high precision.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize existing models for latency and cost, significantly reducing inference costs for production environments.
- Tech Stack Evangelism: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, edge AI) into our core infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical workshops for junior developers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI solutions in production.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and align technical decisions with business goals for the 2026 timeframe.
