Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Lead the implementation of MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and deployment efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Define best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade models at scale.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
